Dragonlance Trailer?

Well...I've never been a big fan of dragonlance, and that just made it worse. Though it was a new york times bestseller, so it might have a chance. Then again, so was Eragon...

I went for the 8 Wisdom. The main problem I forsee with this movie is that the Dragonlance franchise debuted in the mid-80's, and between that and the DnD campaign setting, the largest group of Dragonlance fans are going to be in that "above 20" age group. The movie seems to be trying to cater to both longtime fans and to kids of roughly 7-11 years old, and I don't just say that because it's animated. By trying to catch two very different audiences, it's really not going to please either.

I have a feeling that this is going to be one of those movies that kids pick out to rent from Blockbuster, but nobody actually buys. The straight to DVD release won't help either.
